Joining us as a Mathematician means stepping into a collaborative team of artists, producers, developers, and testers united by a passion for crafting exceptional gaming experiences. In this autonomous role, you will play a central part in executing solid math models and prototypes while actively helping shape fresh game concepts and mechanics.

We value independence, curiosity, and the ability to organize your work and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will collaborate on a daily basis with server developers and the rest of the production team. Responsibilities

• Independently develop math models, specifications, and documentation for new slot games.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for math queries during game certification and for any live issues with the game.
• Envolve and maintain framework for efficient slot game production
• Transform initial game concepts into playable prototypes in cooperation with the Product Team
• Enhance delivery processes and math workflows with a strong focus on AI tools.
• Create and maintain the math documents
• Focus on math modelling, validation, and prototyping (no game server or backend development).

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated expertise in creating mathematical models for slot games, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, staying current with the latest trends
• Ability to self-evaluate and optimize the fun factor of created math models.
• Experience with working with AI models
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively articulating mathematical decisions and verifying them against product goals and player experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Ability to clearly present and articulate mathematical concepts and a collaborative attitude
• Basic programming skills to develop math validation tools and create basic visual prototypes
• Proven track record of delivering high performing game ideas
