Cracow at Lipowa 3D, 30-702 Cracow, KRS 914794 hereinafter referred to as Company”.
Personal data collected by Company are processed in relation to the rules set out in the personal
data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General
Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”) and Polish regulations issued on the basis of RODO, including
the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
The Company takes care of the confidentiality of personal data processed by Company, has
introduced appropriate safeguards required by the aforementioned provisions of legal acts, including
appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure security and protection of
personal data.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS OF
THE PROCESSING

a) processing of personal data is necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is
a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract
in particular to cooperate with suppliers and other entities which work with Company, (article
6(1)(b) GDPR)
b) processing of personal data is necessary to handle messages addressed to Company with
the use of the contact form and answering them by Company (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
c) processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller Company
(Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
d) processing is necessary for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by
Company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and as such, Company particularly recognizes: IT security
related to this website, providing of services, for statistical and contact purposes, usage of
cookies in order to provide the best quality of services performed by Company;
e) processing is necessary for the recruitment of persons interested in cooperating with
Company or in getting employed in Company (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(c) of GDPR).

personal data, for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or until the
submission of an objection and until Company fulfils the legal obligations arising from the provisions
of the law.

The recipients of your personal data may be the following:
a) persons authorized by Company to process your personal data in the scope of performing
their official duties,
b) State authorities, courts or other qualified entities based on applicable laws,
c) suppliers providing services to Company (e.g. IT-service providers, entities processing
personal data on behalf of Company on the basis of a personal data processing outsourcing
